Where we help

Turn the work
between systems
into progress.

The same question answered in five places. An order chased through three systems. A promising prototype waiting for a path into everyday use. We start with the friction your team already knows.

01 / Data & business knowledge

A shared picture
of the business.

Bring scattered records, documents and systems together. Agree what the important terms mean, connect related information and make it usable for reporting, decisions and AI.

Data integration · Shared definitions · Analytics

02 / Customer service & voice

An answer.
And a way forward.

Connect phone and digital enquiries to approved knowledge and the systems behind the answer. Define what an assistant can do, what it needs to check and how a person takes over.

Voice · Product discovery · Service follow-through

03 / Connected operations

Less chasing.
Clearer responsibility.

Join up orders, supplier updates and team handoffs. Identify exceptions, check the available evidence and prepare the next step for the person or system responsible.

Procurement · Member support · Operational workflows

04 / AI choices & internal prototypes

A useful idea.
A practical next step.

Compare the tools you already own with new products and bespoke work. Help an internal prototype become a tested, connected system, with a clear business case and operating cost.

Tool assessment · Pilot delivery · Adoption

The foundations matter

Business knowledge.
Built into the work.

Useful AI needs dependable context: how your customers, products, records and processes fit together. We make those relationships explicit and connect them to the systems your team relies on.

01

Connected knowledge

Agree the definitions, identifiers and relationships behind the work. Build a shared understanding that people, reporting and AI can use.

02

Clear rules

Use explicit rules for calculations, eligibility and permitted actions. Use AI to interpret language and ambiguity, with review and escalation where needed.

03

Control over change

Agree access to the definitions, code, documentation and tests needed to run the system. Evaluate new models against the same business requirements.

  4. 04 / ActA permitted,

People, permissions and operating records support every step.

A little more on the technology

Depending on the problem, this may involve semantic models, ontologies, entity resolution or knowledge graphs. We choose the structure that makes the information useful and maintainable, building on your existing systems where they fit.

Rules and conventional software handle exact checks. Models handle interpretation where it adds value. A model’s suggestion is checked against records and permissions before it becomes an action.

can look like.

Customer experienceFrom an enquiry to a useful answer.
Customer enquiry

“Can you help me find my order?”

  1. Find the right context

Use authorised customer and order records. Resolve an uncertain match before going further.

  2. Prepare a supported answer

Use current information and show when a detail is missing or needs confirmation.

  3. Give the customer a next step

Complete a permitted request or pass the case and its context to the right person.

An answer with evidence. A clear path to help.
Internal operationsFrom a supplier update to a checked next step.
Supplier update

“Part of the order is ready. The balance should follow next week.”

  1. Connect the context

Match the update to the right order, items and available source records.

  2. Interpret, then check

Check the supplier’s statement against records and business rules. Flag missing or conflicting details.

  3. Give the exception an owner

Prepare the next step for review. Record what was approved and what actually happened.

“Ready” is a supplier claim. Dispatch needs confirmation.

Our approach

One worthwhile
improvement.
Built to last.

A focused assessment leads to a clear recommendation and a scoped pilot. We work alongside the people responsible for the result, from understanding the problem to running the solution.

  1. 01

    Understand

Trace the workflow, decisions and manual effort. Agree the process owner and a baseline for improvement.

  2. 02

    Choose

Compare existing software, specialist products, process changes and bespoke work. Assess value, data readiness and full operating cost.

  3. 03

    Implement

Connect the information, define permitted actions and test representative cases, difficult exceptions and practical fallbacks.

  4. 04

    Make it work

Measure quality, completed work and ongoing cost. Train your team, hand over or agree managed operation.

Agree what better means.

Success measures belong in the scope.

Useful work
Requests completed and exceptions resolved
Quality
Correct outcomes, review and appropriate escalation
Time & cost
Manual effort and the full cost per completed case

How we can work together

Your team.
Your way forward.

Choose a first project, strengthen an internal prototype or deliver a complete solution. We agree ownership, cost and ongoing responsibilities from the start.

01

Configure & connect

Make more of your existing software and infrastructure. Configure suitable products, including WerkX or Getworkforce AI components where they fit, and connect the missing pieces.

02

Build & hand over

Build alongside your team or prepare a prototype for real use. Agree code and licence terms, then hand over the definitions, integrations, documentation and tests needed to run and improve it.

03

Operate & improve

Keep a workflow, data pipeline or analytics service running. Agree support, monitor quality and cost and review improvements as the business and technology change.

A few practical questions.

Why not use the AI already in our software?

That may be the right answer. We assess what your existing tools can do, then identify gaps in data, integration, permissions or workflow. The recommendation may be configuration, a specialist product or a focused build.

Do we need a new platform or our own model?

We start with the systems you have. Hosted services, customer-managed models and conventional software each have a place. We assess quality, data requirements, operating cost and the support your team can provide before recommending a deployment.

Can our team take it in-house?

Yes. We can build alongside your team or plan a handover. The scope sets out code and licence terms, access to definitions and configuration, documentation, tests and training. Managed operation is also available with agreed responsibilities.

Start with the business

What keeps
getting in the way?

Bring a recurring problem, disconnected information or a prototype you want to put into use. We’ll work through the business case, the options and a sensible first step.
